Yakiniku means, “to burn meat or grill made on your own”.
It is a technique brought to Japan by Korean immigrants in the early 1950s flavouring the local cuisine.
Japanese people adopted this method and increased the gastronomic experience by adding delicate cuts of the exquisite meat of wagyu beef and some other local products of the highest quality.
Yakiniku Rikyu offers a grill on every table where guests get to cook the meat and other products exactly the way they like it, just as Japanese do.
